I've been a bit sick this past week with migraines and other assorted nastiness so the last thing I felt like doing was staring at a PC to paint something.

Anyway, seem to be back in form now with a personal Sci-Fi image that's been in my head for a while.

Most have said what I wanted to say about color and contrast. Simply amazing. And wonderful colors

This picture had reminded me of the movie SPHERE by Michael Crichton. The huge tail wing protuding from the ocean floor. I'd like to see a continuation of this picture sometime. From the inside of the monolith.

Btw, there is going to be more pieces about this place, including some stuff from inside. It's all concepts based on a script a friend and I are writing.

The contrast between the silhouettes and the really bright sun and sky are pretty cool, as is the building that looks almost like a natural rock formation. Good work.
